Guided by our enduring motto, “Service to All Mankind,” we proudly embrace our chapter theme, One Hand. One Heart. One Legacy. These words reflect how we live out the mission of Alpha Kappa Alpha: to cultivate and encourage high scholastic and ethical standards, promote unity and friendship among college women, study and help alleviate problems concerning girls and women, improve social stature, and maintain a progressive interest in college life.
